M. Cassandra Hoag, Managing Director
Cassie
Hoag has been a senior executive at both Fortune 50 and
start-up companies. She is a strategic specialist who understands
not only the M&A and capital markets, but can also prepare an
entrepreneurial organization for the best possible outcome in a
given transaction. She is highly skilled at developing
and implementing creative business, marketing and sales
plans. Ms. Hoag has managed organizations of 400+ employees and is
an effective change agent, particularly adept at synergistic merger
integration and win-win transactional scenarios. She is the
recipient of the 2006 Remarkable Women's Entrepreneur to Watch
Award, presented by the National Association of Women Business
Owners.

Richard J. Hoag
Richard Hoag is a graduate of the University of Southern
California Scool of Law, a member of the California State Bar and
an experienced practitioner in securities and transactional
law. His career also includes
significant experience in corporate and real estate law,
banking and finance, hospitality and entertainment, IT Staffing/IT
consulting services, and organizational development and
training. As the founder and president of F.I.R.S.T.
Professional Resources, Inc., Mr. Hoag has drawn upon his years of
senior management experience to formulate a number of revolutionary
yet practical approaches to personal and organizational
improvement. An author, speaker and consultant, he has won high
acclaim for his “F.I.R.S.T.” Method® Workshop. |

Jon L. Glazer
Jon
Glazer has nearly 20 years of experience as a high-level
financial analyst, participating in nearly $4 billion worth of
successful global acquisitions and $800 million worth of domestic
asset-backed financings. As President of Financial Modeling
Initiatives, LLC, Mr. Glazer specializes in evaluating acquisition
and divestiture opportunities, capital investment analysis, capital
raising alternatives, transaction structuring and due diligence and
asset optimization. His extensive knowledge of financial,
accounting, tax and commercial arrangements allows him to employ a
multidisciplinary approach in his financial modeling and analysis
efforts.

Roseanne
McNeil is an innovative general manager and regulatory
specialist with specific expertise in the healthcare services,
medical technology, and staffing industries. With full P&L
responsibility in her various corporate assignments, Ms. McNeil
understands both the complexities and synergies behind a
regulatory-compliant infrastructure and a high energy, high growth
marketing and sales initiative. Experienced in buy and
sell-side acquisitions, turnarounds and start-ups, Roseanne easily
interprets regulatory and transactional requirements for
real-world, real-people application. |

Marcial S. Fernandez Marcial
Fernandez is a
marketing and public relations specialist with relevant work
experience from Wall Street to Madison Avenue. Serving a wide
range of industries with global reach, he has provided the
strategic, tactical and operational leadership critical to
communicating his clients' messages and accelerating their
growth. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a
Master's Degree in Philosophy, Marcial is very active in the
community, serving on the boards of the e-business Academy of
Century High School, the Santa Ana High School Alumni Assoication,
the American Cancer Society, the Orange County United Way and the
American Voter Education Fund. |
